Welcome to my website. My practice focuses on helping Oregonians plan for their own futures and protect their loved ones, including spouses or partners, children, aging parents, friends and valued charities. I also help people meet the challenges of a loved one's incapacity and properly administer estates when someone dies. I hope this website is a useful resource for you.
I earned my J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 1992. While in law school, I was privileged to serve as an associate editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. Since then I have practiced law with large and small firms and have served in numerous leadership roles within the Oregon State Bar and Oregon Women Lawyers. Currently, I serve on the OSB Public Service Advisory Committee and the executive committee of the OSB Nonprofit Organizations Law Section. I am also a member of the OSB Estate Planning and Administration and Elder Law Sections. To learn more about me, please view my detailed profiles on Avvo.com and LinkedIn.com.
